Rooted in support. Growing toward independence.

Strong roots.
Brighter futures.

Rooted Futures Texas, Inc. is building pathways to stability, confidence, and independence for young adults transitioning from foster care.

Every young adult deserves a place to belong—and a path forward.

We are developing a supportive independent-living program for young adults ages 18–21 who are aging out of foster care in Texas.

Our work is designed to pair safe, stable support with life skills, education, employment readiness, and meaningful community connection—so every participant can build a future on a strong foundation.
